Traditional online casinos use Random Number Generators (RNG) to power their games, so when you play conventional online blackjack, there are no cards and no dealer, just the computerised representation of a game with the cards “chosen” at random by RNG technology. Read more

How to Play

Our individual casino game guides will cover a variety of things to help you maximise your chances of winning and avoid many of the pitfalls. But the most important information relates to how to play the games themselves. These will give you very basic information, aimed at beginners, on how to play the games, starting from the very basic fundamentals of the game and its main rules.

Casino Games History

Most players will happily play their favourite casino games without ever knowing – or caring – how they came into being and that’s fine; but, maybe because we have an unhealthy fascination with everything to do with casinos, we find it kind of interesting.

As such our casino game guides will feature a brief history of the game in question, from the origins of slots in Brooklyn bars to the first ever games of roulette in France. Like much of history, the origins of most, if not all, casino games, are a little murky and unclear but we provide the most commonly held theories and, if nothing else, it gives you some nice trivia to impress/bore your mates with… and maybe even win a few beers in the pub quiz!

Stats and Facts

Another section you may think is totally pointless and, again, one that we quite like, we’ll be providing some stats and facts on the various casino games that are available to play at online and mobile casinos.

Some of these may relate to the house edge, your chances of winning and other factors that could influence what games you choose to play and how you play them, whilst others will just be a bit of fun: did you know that all the numbers on a roulette wheel add up to 666 for example? (Oooo, scary!)

Casino Game Strategy, Systems and Odds

“At last (some of you may be thinking) something that I actually care about!” Here we’ll be looking at what you can do to improve your chances of winning at each of our featured casino games. We’ll cover top tips, strategies (to both follow and, importantly, avoid) and the odds for various bets and ploys. We’ll look at some of the most famous – and infamous – casino strategies and systems around and explain why they are (or more often aren’t) ones you should be using.
